Beginning after Christmas 2004, Anna and I are making a determined efforts to walk more in our daily routine. The goal is 10,000 steps a day!
Super yum. Roasted garlic is my fav'. Recently tried freezing tablespoons of roasted garlic and believe it to be ingenius. And think how safe we are from vampires thanks to garlic. Garlic. The wonder vegetable.
