Beginning after Christmas 2004, Anna and I are making a determined efforts to walk more in our daily routine. The goal is 10,000 steps a day!

Yeah...well, the thing is the actual ride down the volcano isn't for sissies.
Makes our version look like a ride in the park. Which it is, actually, so that metaphor doesn't really work, I guess.
