Seriously, we push raw meat into these. One person has to clean then first and then we take them over to the sausage press.

Can I get a Jack Black, "Fuck Yeah!" Wow, I loves sausage. I'm not sure if I could handle watching it being handmade, but I'd sure give it a go. Have fun and keep us posted.
I saw where you guys were last night when I drove home from the Zeke show covered in smoke and blood. Heavy Metal...
I had some of those (dry packed in salt) in the fridge for awhile. To get the full experience one must bury their nose in a handful and take a deep whiff. Mmm
